EXERCISE AND WEIGHT-LIFTING ...What comes to mind...Arnold?, the Incredible Hulk?...Muscle Beach in Venice?  What comes to my mind is a beautiful symmetrical physique, more like the Greco-Roman statues (well before the advent of steroids.)  There are over 600 skeletal muscles in the human body.  Sounds like a lot, however we will group them together so it won't sound complicated.  We won't use the fancy Latin names for all the muscles to make it easy for you.

First of all...what's your favorite exercise?  Is it "working?"  Remember the definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.  For years I was doing the same routine, and the result was looking the same, year after year.(not good)  People were asking me back then...did you used to work out?  (I had" man boobs"...moobs)  That bothered me since I was killing myself in the gym six days a week.  Everything changed when I adjusted my nutrition.  Exercise and Weight-lifting begins, and ends WITH NUTRITION!!  If you are eating the wrong foods or even eating the "right foods", but at the wrong times, your body will not give you the result that you'd like.  I will help you with a food plan...NOT A DIET...a FOOD PLAN, then exercise!    The human body is a spoiled brat.  You have to order it to do what you want.  It will want to eat white bread, white pasta etc.  You will learn to say no, because that's the WRONG FUEL for your body.  Re-educate your computer (your mind) to what is GOOD for it!  Grilled chicken breast, yams, broccoli, fresh fruit.  I remember when I was learning how to operate computers....someone told me "you have to tell it what you want."  Same with the mind...tell it...brocolli is good...apples are healthy.  Believe me YOU CAN WIN! What you need to do is visualize the new you!  Rip out a page from a magazine of someone with the body you want.  This is where meditation will help, to picture what you REALLY are, not your temporary state!  You can also have a "health coach" that can help you achieve your goals!
