Your lack of a quality erection could be cardiovascular disease, or medications you are taking, but in so many cases, your "T" is low due to other factors.  Your "T" can be checked with a simple blood test with your doctor. I know a man who followed this program.  He was 40lbs. overweight, had Type 2 diabetes and testosterone levels hovering around 200.  He lost the weight, no longer Type 2 diabetes and his "T" is 800!!!  He's 60 years old, and his girlfriend loves it!  WEIGHTLIFTING can raise your "T".  Sleeping eight hours a night WILL raise your "T".  A low fat, high protein diet will also raise "T".  Well, I can't get eight hours...then at lease seven!  Less than seven, your body will become obese generally speaking since you have not produced sufficient testosterone, and hence estrogen will rise, and hence, body fat and even "moobs"...man boobs...ie...breast tissue, that does not belong on the male body.  I am seeing more and more boys, 12, 13, 14 and up with female breast tissue.  Young boys should have flat chests, not moobs!  Mom, dad...you are the ones responsible for this...your son should have a flat, masculine chest...not female breast tissue!

Exposure to pesticides...whether spraying in your home, or work place, or consuming non-organic (sprayed) foods can cause obesity as well.  A lot of pesticides are made from petroleum, which can cause a rise in estrogen.  An ingredient in some plastics, BPA, has been discovered to  MIMIC ESTROGEN!  You know, when you leave that plastic bottle in the car on a hot summer day and later open it, it makes a fiz sound...that's the chemical BPA which has leached into the beverage.  The other question you might ask...in the production, and transport and storage of that bottled water/beverage has it been exposed to heat, a hot truck, hence the BPA has leached into the product prior to your purchase.  Look at photos of people prior to the invention of plastics, circa WW2.  Most were thin/slender, very few fat or obese men....no plastic at that time. Take a look at pictures on-line of World War 2 soldiers...even Vietnam war era U.S. soldiers and compare it to our men in uniform now!  Do not consume ANY soy products as they can raise estrogen, hence a drop in your "T".  Do not use lavender products, soaps, dish soaps or creams, as they also raise estrogen.  

What should I do?  Limit or eliminate all plastic contact for intake into your body.  Purchase stainless steel metal water bottles.(make sure they are not lined with BPA).  Store your food in glass containers, not plastic. Get rid of your TEFLON pots and pans...that chemical is carcinogenic!  Use stainless steel cookware!  Do not use plastic wrap on your foods...especially when hot since the BPA leaches when the plastic is hot.  Stay away from hormoned meat since all those hormones will pass into your body and can cause unwanted breast tissue. Fast food meats are heavily hormoned,  and of course non organic. Drink milk & dairy products that are rsbt hormone free.  This is a hormone that they inject into cows so that they will produce more milk...hence more $$$ for the dairy farmer.  This rsbt hormone passes from the nipple of the cow (with puss) into your dairy product.  All of Trader Joes and Whole Foods Markets milk is rsbt free!
