Well, who looks better in the picture above?  Fat is not pretty. It's not attractive.  It's disgusting.  Human fat looks like chicken fat. Is this what you're eating?  I will help you find this "food" detestable and disgusting.  True, it's colorful...but why?...true, it can even "taste" good, but is it good?  I used to sit down and eat 6 donuts and a quart of milk...after dinner.  Sometimes two boxes of macaroni and cheese!  I will help you re-educate your mind about food.  You will savor the smell, color and crunch of a carrot, rather the crunch of a chemically laden processed french fry!

Study the nutritional value of the food in your home. ONE OF THE GREATEST THINGS YOU CAN DO TO LOOSE WEIGHT IS ELIMINATE ALL SUGAR, AND ESPECIALLY ALL SOFT DRINKS, INCLUDING "DIET SODAS." ALL DRINKS WITH SUGAR OR HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP.  A former Coca-Cola executive informed me that in the 12 ounce can of Coke there are 10 teaspoons of liquid high fructose corn syrup. Can you imagine putting 10 teaspoons of sugar in your cup of coffee?  Drink unsweetened tea, fresh squeezed juices, skim milk and lots of distilled water.  I would like you to discard all white flour products, all white rice, ALL ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER, all the foods with artificial flavor, color and preservatives.  In its place will be organic steel cut oatmeal, eggs, fish, chicken breasts, yams, organic fruit and veggies.  Some fruits are good, some not so good for weight loss.  The same goes for veggies.

The only reason you should stop at a fast food restaurant is to use the restroom!  There is nothing there, that will assist you on this mission to lose weight and  be healthy!  Do not trust a restaurant food chain that puts chemicals and artificial flavorings in its' food, even salad, or a coffee!  Beware of the major coffee chain stores...their "vanilla" latte has artificial flavoring, as do their "mochas." If you want a vanilla latte or a mocha, stop by Whole Foods Market or in Los Angeles, Urth Caffe...they use all natural ingredients with no artificial flavorings.  WHEN THEY MESS WITH THE FOOD, THEY ARE MESSING WITH YOU AND YOUR HEALTH!  You must stop eating in all major national chain restaurants.  Eat in "non-chain" restaurants as they have a tendency not to mess with your food as much.  Your best bet is to always cook and pack YOUR OWN food for the day!  Look at these little boys in the picture above.  How did this happen?  First of all, their parents obviously do not care.  Well, Tommy wants it!  Who bought it?  You did...and you're poisoning your children and setting them up for Type-2 diabetes and a life full of health problems!  LOVE YOUR CHILDREN!  Feed them health, feed them REAL FOOD!  America is now #1 in childhood type-2 diabetes!  Giving soda to your children blocks the calcium from their bones, hence stunted growth, and obesity.

HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF FAST FOOD?  THERE ARE NO MEMORIALS IN WASHINGTON D.C. TO THE DEAD, THE VICTIMS OF FAST FOOD AND SODA.  THERE IS NO TOMB OF THE UNKNOWN FAST FOOD EATER!  The reason the government allows this, is profit, and of course donations to their political parties.
